I expire in October. Re-applied July 20th, the same day I received my renewal e-mail. Still pending. 6 weeks now.
My wife expires in November. Re-applied August 21st. Approved the a day or two later, card arrived earlier this week.
Only differences is I have about a dozen trips to China/HK on mine...Whereas she's only Jamaica in the last 5 years.
Reading the latter parts of this thread, it seems normal for me, but still concerned that they processed her so fast and mine, not so much--so it's not a FIFO situation!
