Tried to connect just now - passed over my details and then -

tried again and live chat connected number 90 in line -
now down to 45 after about twenty minutes
It's now 15.21 and my flight problems are all resolved.
It took an hour from start to finish - amending return flight date after BA cancelled original flights and made a weeks holiday a long weekend -
