From my experience hotels with mirrors above the beds are, as the poster above said, "adult oriented" where you pay by the hour and don't go unaccompanied. Some countries like Japan and Brazil are filled with them but I don't know if they have a lot of presence on the internet. They are definitely not on the mainstream booking websites.
