In a COVID world, a 30 year old unvaccinated person will probably be ahead of a 90 year old vaccinated person presenting with the same symptoms.
What's got a lot of people upset is the non-Covid cases dying because the ICU is full of Covid cases that probably won't make it. There the benefit tips strongly towards the non-Covid cases but since the Covid cases are already in the ICU they get the treatment.
