I incorrectly assumed that all the Napili Tower suites were Ocean Front Suites. So standard suite/TSU inventory at the hotel is double than what I had imagined!
The agent cautioned me and I would convey the same caution. The suite designations and configurations are not fixed. The hotel can change it whatever it sees fits. To front desk agents, all end corner suites are ocean front suites since the corner suites face both ocean and one side. It seems hotel could limit the numbers of standard suites as it sees fit. Pretty much like what Andaz Maui has been doing. But certainly HR Maui has treated me well during my stay.
