So Flagship First SFO to JFK was very good, I was impressed, for once. The food was edible (OK, low expectations at the moment - we got the steak) and our pre-orders catered. They even had real champagne, H Blin, not a high-end brand, but it was good and the temperature was right, which matters even more. The service was very pleasant and attentive, the atmosphere relaxed. Even the Admirals Club lounge at the Harvey Milk terminal was new and airy. They can certainly do better on the food and stop that plastic cup joke but we left the plane happy.

On the other hand, finding a taxi or Uber was hell. That was weird on a weekday.
