I got the dreaded "We're Working on Your Upgrade Request" email so I went back and looked through my emails and I'm 0/5 on SNA's clearing after this happens. I suspect the upgrade request is de-prioritized, or re-queued after this happens. Was curious if anyone else has similar stats?
in my experience, 90% of the time if the sna doesn't clear 5 days out then it won't clear at all....
