That was another example my friend's friend mentioned. Another example was
an "Executive" of Amex can make recommendations as well.

I sure another example or exception would be if you were Prince William, Britney Spears or someone of that status and turned 18, you can probably get the card, even though you failed to meet two of the general requirements.

THe irony of all this is that my friend more then qualifies for the Centurion Card, but prefers the Green...and even complains about the $55.00 annual fee. She tried to get her friend to get her fee waived. He didn't, but paid for the dinner.
