LH Business Class Experience
Hi, I am wondering if our recent business class experience is worth a complaint? We were flying FRA-ATL.
- Vegetarian meal option was no longer available.
- Menu option had fish listed as Salmon, but only cod was available.
- Glenfiddich was not available.
- Rose wine was not available.
- Pre landing meal second option was not available
- Asked for a coffee, were told meals are being served shortly... We were served around 35 minutes later.
It seemed incredibly bizarre, but is this expected?
