I may not be the only person seeing this, but got charged $39 late fee (Earner Business) given that I paid off statement balance every time. I'd recommend everyone checking their statement online now, plus when you call Barclays you're put on hold forever (more than 1 hour), I'm suspecting many people are calling in for similar issue(s).
As a new member, I had an invalid/incorrect Finance Charge on my first statement.
To avoid the long telephone call wait, I sent them a message via their (the credit card site's) messaging system and it was credited out in approximately 72 hours. They also replied in their (the credit card site's) messaging system but I never got an e-mail from them.
