another OGG report: mid Oct return -- had been sitting on OGG-LAX-SEA for a couple months; a recent schedule change moved the departure from 1345 to 1300 and our next morning LAX-SEA up by over an hour ... we had talked about taking one of the redeyes, but I have half a suspicion that the later one that we prefer may get axed

this morning I found a pair of U seats on OGG-SFO (1430 departure), and an "ok" morning flight SFO-SEA ... the nice thing about SFO is that there's no need for a hotel shuttle bus schlep, since the Hyatt is attached to the terminal

and yes we're aware that Hawaii is discouraging travel; if we decide to cancel, at least the replacement GGUs will expire in 2022 ... not that they'll be usable then, but that's a different conversation :/
