Just completed a 3 night stay last week.

Check-in and Parking: The hotel does not have its own parking; rather, it uses the Fore Street Garage behind the hotel. Based on the parking instructions, you need to obtain a parking tag first before entering the garage. This led to a build up of cars in the small curvy driveway in front of the hotel. As an alternative, park in the street temporarily, or in the alleyway before the garage. To enter the garage, look for a small red sign before the KeyBank building and turn right. Enter the garage to your right, and use the parking pass to be scanned by the machine.

Check-in was efficient, but no special acknowledge on status. When asked about the bottled water, the FD person said just take them from the cooler. As I had a back-to-back stays (using a cert and points), the hotel did the check-out/check-in on their own, but I went ahead and got new keys just in case.

While my parking pass worked during check-in, I had an issue trying to leave the garage at the end of the stay. A call to the hotel resolved the issue.

Room: I believe I was upgraded to the 6th floor, King size bed room. The view was of the Old Port, which is charming. On the flip side, it is exposed to bars and restaurants on Fore Street, which means that there will be loud music until late night, so be prepared.

The air conditioning in the room worked really well - almost too well. The room stayed chilly the entire time, which was a blessing given the heatwave experienced during the stay. There is a small refrigerator, generic coffee maker, 2 glasses and 2 mugs. There is an armoire and storage drawers, where you'll find the Bible.

Standard bath amenities of soap (2), shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Water pressure from the shower is low.

Housekeeping is by appointment only, 24 hours in advance, but you can request additional towels and amenities any time.

F&B: There is an on-site bar, as well as a restaurant attached to the hotel but not affiliated with the hotel (so no WOH points). Breakfast is grab-and-go buffet, with fruit, yogurt, pre-made yogurt parfait, breakfast sandwiches (2 varieties - bacon or sausage, occasionally with egg, as they ran out of egg on Saturday when I checked out), and oatmeal packets. There is coffee and orange juice as well.

Overall - a good use of 15,000 points for busy tourist season, where the rate can go up to $700+/night.
