Called about offers on my CSR to offset renewal fee of $550. At first she said no offers but could get 10,000 points to offset fee increase. After a minute or two of rep explaining how I could use Pay Yourself Back feature to offset fee, I said I would take the points offer. She then said she didn't offer 10,000 points but was only using that as an example of how to offset fee? I know what she said initially and that is not true.

I only would keep this card to get the 1.5 cent value on redemption through UR vs the 1.25 cent for a CSP.
