Yes, it is important to note the the Priority Pass guest access policies are separate and apart from the Centurion Lounge guest access policies. As it stands, for Priority Pass lounges you will continue to be able to bring complimentary guests in with your base Platinum Card. I believe the standard is one complimentary guest but this may vary between lounges.

Just a small possible correction there. You will still be able to bring in guests after the change but they will no longer be complimentary. After the change guests will be admitted at $50pp.
