Completed a weekend one night stay using Amex FHR. Overall, nice and clean hotel but terrible breakfast experience.

1. Parked at the Hearst Parking Garage next to the hotel, $15 for 24 hours using SpotHero to make reservation.
2. Given a choice of high floor basic king one or one category upgrade on low floor, picked the high floor with no room upgrade.
3. Dined at Pied Piper for dinner to use the $100 dining credit. Ambience and service is great, but the food is really meh.
4. Did not use the gym and pool, need to make reservation at front desk.
5. Breakfast credit for FHR is $60 for two person. Make reservation for breakfast at Garden Court, otherwise prepare to wait for a while during weekend. However, we had a terrible experience due to the negligence of our waiter even we had a reservation. The table around us seated 10-15mins after us got their order placed before us, I had to yell at the floor manager to get our server come take order after multiple failed attempt to get a hold of someone. When our food came, the tables seated after us were half done. In short, our food wasn’t served about 50 mins after we are seated. This really put a stain in our stay. Otherwise, the food was ok and much better than Pied Piper food.
