We're likely to stay here next June, currently there's a consecutive nights promo that gets our rate down to USD $350/night. Way better deal than then 60K Bonvoy points.

What's best way to get here from Narita? Train to Tokyo Station and change, or Limo Bus to Conrad? Doesnt look like limo bus stops here.

I cant help thinking about a trip in 10 months. Sigh.
