Right, it's not unsafe or unclean. It's like a 1970 Quality Inn/Days Inn with some updates and regular maintenance. The pool/courtyard area is well kept and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are okey -- sort of boutique-ish, but small. The breakfast is a step below Fairfield/Hampton -- a couple of warm dishes in a buffet set up.
