Here now. Second time staying.
I had a good experience first time here. Seems to be the case I get great upgrades, service, etc then return and effectively get stiffed.
This time because I booked superior there is no upgrade to suite. Asked for comp breakfast. No dice.
Costing me £290 for 2 nights including 5000 bonus points per night. Not likely to renew Spire otherwise.
IC is OK but feels remote so location of Indigo GV woks for me.
