Are you on separate tickets? If its all in one reservation AA can check your bags thru to KBP, they have an interline agreement with LH and do sell tickets that way.

Otherwise there is no such facility, you have to clear German immigration and collect your bags with AA (in T2D) take the bus/skytrain to T1A and check in with Lufthansa and clear immigration again to T1B.
