I will be disappointed if they don't straighten out this breakfast thing, though I'm sure I won't be missing much. I did read where Sebastian at LoyaltyLobby had a compensation claim for his Park Central SF stay that came out well-no breakfast plus major construction that was not disclosed on the hotel website, though he did origianlly call the Hyatt res line to book it and no mention of either issue.
I will call - but be aware! In addition to the 264 SQFT rooms, there are negative mentions of this Wild Palm Hotel
the Citizen Sacramento I would consider a high end Sacramento hotel, where as the wild palms in Sunnyvale is the complete opposite of luxury, a complete dump.
New process for booking "resorts and luxury hotels" via phone channels

Wild Palms (Sunnyvale) is more a motel than Avatar. Avante (Mountain View), Wild Palms, and Avatar have the same management.
Hotel Del Sol, San Francisco, JdV (NO LONGER HYATT)
