Wow, so those rows never open up, even at check-in? On the one hand, I don’t mind that, as I’m currently in Row 15 and wouldn’t mind having half the cabin empty/used intermittently by crew. On the other hand, would sure love a chance at a bulkhead…plus strong chance the cabin would be pretty empty regardless.
