There’s plenty of sites which allow one to track prices of flights on a particular route, to take advantage of specific dates where prices are lower. But so far I’ve been unable to find the same for hotels, despite searching both here and the wider internet.

Do hotels not expose the necessary data in the same way as airlines, or is there another reason it seemingly doesn’t exist? I’d love to be able to see a calendar / graph view of prices for, say, a three night stay at a particular hotel in the next three months. I appreciate rooms can be booked via endless agents but just the direct price or main agents would be better than nothing.

Surely I can’t be the only one who would find this useful, or have I missed a wonderful tool already out there?!!
