Hardware: Andaz (Newest Hyatt)
Service: PH
F&B outlets: PH
Location: Andaz (subway underneath and plenty of taxis and buses around)
Pool: GH (Only once per day allowed for ourdoor pool though)
Parking: Andaz (Underground and connected to the hotel)

Overall Globalist treatment: PH (usually gives suites and a small Happy Hour at venue of your choice).
