Checked in wednesday. Originally booked award double bedded room -- requested quiet room as well as using TSU. Was told hotel was close to sold out so no award eligible suite available in advance. A few days prior to check in was in contact with sichi to find out about regency lounge (daughter has certain allergy/sensitivities) so I'd know what might be available or what we should bring. Staff in lounge have been extraordinary with accomodations and hospitality as others have mentioned. Definitely enjoying being a globalist here, which is why our family have made sure to requalify for globalist/diamond status for 12+ years.
