Absolutely. That's been my impression over the past year plus. I've seen far more instances of BYOB onboard and far higher levels of overconsumption/over-service at airport bars since all the inflight alcohol restrictions began. FWIW, UA reintroduced limited alcohol service in Y ahead of the other legacy carriers and seems (at least anecdotally) to have less reported instances of in-flight disturbances compared with AA. Just my rough observations, but I think it's pretty obvious.
