I made a reservation at a Springhill and inadvertently used an eCert, when I had intended to pay cash. I was saving the eCerts for an upcoming future reservation. Also, the reservation that the eCert was applied to would have been my 50th night for the year (after all the calculations) so would have provided Plat Elite for 2022.

I honestly did not know that an eCert was used until I checked my folio and saw it was applied as points certificate. To make matters worse it was a 50k cert used for a 30k reservation. Do I have any recourse? I'd be happy to pay cash and get my cert back.
