I rebooked an Avios flight which had been cancelled by BA over online chat yesterday for the following day. No ticket number on the email since received. When I go to the old-style MMB page and ask to print/email an e-ticket receipt I get "Sorry, an e-ticket receipt is not available for the method of payment used for this booking. Please use 'Print/View itinerary' to print details of your journey". However I do get ticket numbers by going to Finnair as suggested by c-w-s above (thank you c-w-s). I presume that means all is OK?
