From what I've seen, the rates seem pretty exorbitant. It seems like it's $300++ pretty consistently all year. Which is a lot when you can get the Beekman for roughly the same rate, 50 Bowery and Gild Hall for less than half the rate during the winter, etc. It's not comparing like for like since this is an "airport hotel" (that's a lot close to the airport vs. Manhattan, but still not that close to the airport) but for a new "airport" hotel like this opening during a pandemic, I expected prices to be at a bit of a discount vs. what seems like a premium.
