Did you ask to speak to the Senior Cabin Crew Member? I’d hope, in addition to flagging with Tourvest, they could also proactively create a customer relations case for you - and what they could do is offer you a drink from the Club bar, possibly a sweet or savoury snack (I seem to recall these are loaded but maybe not post pandemic) and maybe even any leftover Club meals depending on what it was you didn’t receive. IE there is more that can be done, where there’s a will.
