...yeah, never again (well, unless I want to see if they screw it up again). Ordered seven items with no real drama on the day before (not massively impressed with selection). Cabin crew showed up about 45 mins into the flight, asked if we'd pre-ordered (said it was her first time using the system) and then came back with a sandwich. Happy with her work, she apparently marked the item as delivered in her app and then went away again. Not knowing the process we waited about half an hour before asking where the rest of our order was, and were told that it flat out wasn't in their system and that no other items had been delivered to them.

Luckily I'd expected them to screw it up, so I had my order saved as an image on my phone. They took the phone away, returned and said they'd sort it out for us. 45 mins later they returned to tell us that they could only provide the Tapas selection (not a patch on the old version) from the remaining six, which was zero surprise as those items weren't in the onboard menu. We were told that we'd need to pay for that item and then request a refund for the rest by phoning / emailing BA directly. Surprised they didn't just give us that item as some minor compensation, but maybe they don't have that power.

Massively impressed on the whole, as you can tell. I've not started the refund process yet as I'm on holiday, but I'm assuming they'll screw that up somehow too.
Did you ask to speak to the Senior Cabin Crew Member? I’d hope, in addition to flagging with Tourvest, they could also proactively create a customer relations case for you - and what they could do is offer you a drink from the Club bar, possibly a sweet or savoury snack (I seem to recall these are loaded but maybe not post pandemic) and maybe even any leftover Club meals depending on what it was you didn’t receive. IE there is more that can be done, where there’s a will.
