It doesn't count against 5/24, because it's not a new account. It's a change to the product on an existing account.
Thank you Serpens! I am not concerned about calling. And that is great that it won't be counted-but my question (maybe Mia can answer) is how do you downgrade Sapphire Preferred to a Freedom you already have? You just say I would like to cancel the SP and
transfer that account to my Freedom Unlimied?
