You cannot earn the 5000 SM bonus awarded for two intercontinental flights by September 15 through taking flights to/from TFS.
Miles and More computes SM for individual flights based on Star Alliance's country table. That table in part breaks with conventional geography. For instance, it defines that the Asian part of Turkey belongs to Europe. So if LH flew FRA-SAW (SAW is in Asia), it would not earn distance-based mileage but the fixed mileage for international European flights (e.g., 750 SM before bonuses in P).
Instead, the Canaries, the Azores, and Madeira do not belong to Europe according to Star Alliance's country classification so they earn distance-based SM.
That applies to TFS.
However, LH determines eligibility for its registration required summer promotion according to its own fare classification which is different.
For instance, FRA-FUE is a European fare, as indicated by the flight no. LH1534. So it will only count for the '2000 SM bonus for two domestic/intra-European flights by September 15' promo.
Instead, MUC-JFK is treated as an intercontinental fare, as indicated by the flight no. LH410. So it will count for the '5000 SM bonus for two intercontinental flights by September 15' promo.
