Just be ready to defend the shorter stay(s). I was contacted by then Marriott Rewards when I had an overnight stay for work at a different Marriott property (a CY) on top of a multi-night stay across multiple rooms near the arena when our high school's robotics team was competing in a regional event. ( I was the travel mentor for the team - go figure...)

And, because we had more students and their parents/mentors attend than planned, I was the odd person out on my return back - so I got condemned to another night at yet another CY instead of being back in the FI since they had no more rooms left for that night. I got credit for that CY stay as well but did not want the second CY stay/credit given how bad the hotel was.
