ORD to SFO have been 75-90% full last few times. IIRC it’s basically one nonstop per day so there isn’t a lot of choice. AA has been around the same (it’s been a bit though) but with it being a hub they had way more flights.

I think if you fly mid week it’s fairly empty but weekends still doing well.
