We did PHL-DFW-HNL today. Preclear in DFW (at Gate D28) was a breeze...took 3 minutes. You need your safetravels QR code, your photo ID, and your vaccine card. Upon arrival in HNL they look at the wristband you received and you skip the line. Very easy.
