As an example, consider a one-way FRA-TFS in P. Distance is fairly close to 2000 mi.
P earns 100% times the distance. If you have status, it's an extra 25% for 125% times the distance. Under the promo, that is doubled for 250% times the distance so it works out to ~5000 SM total.
