Spain Travel Health app (described above) - US App Store link is https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1521156190. You can scan the code and then add it to Apple Wallet.
I don't have an Android but there's also an Android version of the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....atos.spain.th
