The link might be up to date but the way the lounges at LHR operate has certainly changed so the information within seems to be inaccurate.

On my last visit after so called freedom day I was able to make my own coffee, get my own drinks of course I could have ordered via your menu and I was told last September the blue/red cards were not being used anymore and there’s certainly no publicity to advise they are available on request.
