One difference that comes to mind - the 4 class 777-200ERs with Club Suite retained their Thales IFE. Whereas all the other Club Suite aircraft have a Panasonic system, with the latest BA/.air interface.

Not really a big deal as the Thales IFE is still pretty decent.
