For my taste 350 > 787 > 777 (the 350 cabin is also marginally wider so slightly roomier aisles with the same configuration, and it is slightly higher too).
+1 on the indifference to the 777 environment.
A few years ago, I spent £7 on a small temperature and humidity sensor. Great for demonstrating to the crew how warm it is around my seat, although to my surprise, my perception of the cabin temperature rises with the amount of alcohol imbibed. On an overnight 744, I was convinced I was turning into a puddle, but it was only 22 degrees by the seat.
More surprising is humidity levels. Lowest I have seen was on the Air Belgium 340 returning from Cairo where after 5 hours, the cabin was at 5% humidity. The 777 is always less than 10% at the start of the descent. 787's and 388 is normally in the 10% - 20% range.
Hopefully get to try it out on the 351 next month.
