Unfortunately no lounge access in MXP travelling in Club as of earlier this week (despite the lounge being open and used by other airlines). And no fast track either (again available to other airlines).

This is starting to become really annoying and a really poor show on BA’s part. I’ve taken the time to write a complaint, but predictably I received a boilerplate response quoting “changes due to COVID”.
