The 25% points bonus adds up in the long run. An extra 2.5x per dollar is greater than the difference between the CSR’s flagship multipliers (3x dining/travel) and unbonused spend. Not an amazing perk but definitely a tangible one that can yield at least some gains.
The difference between a titanium spending $15K and a Platinum spending $15K is 37,500. That’s essentially a free stay at a category 5 property. Again, not amazing, but not bad. I wish Ambassador gave a 100% points bonus.
