I just flew tatl overnight in 1A. I was struck by how much room there was for my feet and found the seat quite comfortable.
Only thing was the overhead galley light, which shines bright and is not blocked by the suite door. I asked and the crew figured out how to dim it, but with no curtain it was a big problem and I could barely sleep at all. I’d go for 2a.
I was able to switch to 2J prior to my flight. The only issue I had was that it was a hot day in Europe and the passenger behind me absolutely reeked of sweat, so I had to double mask it and sleep with my head under the covers.
