If you drop $10 per year on flightradar24.com you can get the last 90 days of activity on any flight (including the tail number). Look up the tail number on the Wiki that is part of the QR fleet thread and you can see how often a route/flight gets QSuites. Personally, I find it pretty cheap for what you get.
