In the query parameter, add an option to eup to PY/J, add another option to select elite status.
Then in the result we can have the eup eligibility displayed for each route.
I guess you can also make the options multi-selectable (e.g. see eup eligibility for both PY/J), but that might mean more parallel request to AP booking system.
