Every time that I was asked to show proof of vaccination, like cafes in Europe, a picture of the card sufficed.
In the airport I showed the actual card. So I don’t know if a picture of the card would have been sufficient at the airport, but I bet it would have been. For the most part they wanted to be sure that you are fully vaccinated for at least 2 weeks. So they were focused on the dates, not the card or picture.
In Budapest they had said be prepared to show all these documents such as sailing schedule, but all they wanted to see was proof of a negative Covid test. We waved it under his nose and he barely looked at it. I think they just want you to have it. They didn’t ask to see any of the other documents that the website said you needed.
