In more normal times, domestic widebody service sold as FC is relatively rare.

Domestic widebody service abounds on routes such as SAN-ATL with 4 of 5 flights on widebodies the day I checked. The same days there are only 2 flights ATL-LAX on widebodies out of 11 flights. I am a bit surprised at that, as I always thought ATL-LAX was a route where most of the FC seats were actually purchased. Though on my MQM runs to SAN, the FC cabin has been close to full ahead of the five day upgrade window, indicating that many of the lie flat seats on the 764 and 763 are being sold.
