I'm having the same issue cancelling an IB Avios award reservation.

If I call the USA number 800-772-4642 it allows me to be on hold for about five minutes before giving a "sorry all agents busy, please call later" message and disconnecting the call.

I've just twice attempted the call via Skype to the +34 913894357 number (kindly) provided above with the same result.

Is there a recommended time of day to attempt the call from the east coast USA?
