Data-points: My 30 Night Milestone Cat 1-4 originally had an expiration date of Aug 18, 2021. Emailed My Hyatt Concierge (MHC) a few days ago asking about points (my preference) or extension and MHC extended it (by almost 6 months) to Feb 18, 2022. I thanked MHC and asked about points instead of extension; MHC reply “For now the corporate office is allowing us to extend awards that are not expired and we usually do not have this option. Sometimes we can add points for expired awards but it depends on the award and when it expired.”

My Cat 1-4 from first 10 TQN during Bonus Journeys Mar 1-Jun 15, 2021 still has expiration date of Nov 11, 2021.

(My 60 Night Milestone Cat 1-7 has always had an expiration date in Feb 2022 so it’s not germane to this discussion.)
