A plane does not make a route D1. DL flies lie flat equipment on certain domestic routes, service is still Domestic First.

On LAS/JFK even if all flights on a day are 763/4s only one flight a day is normally sold as Delta One. The rest are Domestic First despite having lie flat seats.
